This System Provides The Following Services:
- Purchase fishing, hunting, and trapping licenses including Lifetime Licenses
- Apply for permit hunting opportunities and view application status
- Report your big game harvest
- View and manage your customer account, including reviewing your license history
Trouble Logging In?
- Click More Login Options on the login screen
- Try using your Driver's License # as your 3rd identifier
- Try using the Last 4 of your SSN as your 3rd identifier
Locate or Create Your Customer Account
Returning Customers
- Regardless of North Carolina residency status, individuals who have purchased a license or have registered a vessel in North Carolina will have a customer profile in our system.
- Click "Log In" and complete the fields to the left, entering your Date of Birth, Last Name, and a third identifier, including your existing WRC customer number and we'll locate your account. If we can't find one, we'll prompt you to create one.
- Click "Continue (Submit)" and you'll be directed to your customer profile where you'll be able to view past and current licenses, permits, harvest reports, and vessel registrations.
New Customers
- Click "Enroll Now!" and complete the fields to the left, entering your Date of Birth, Last Name, and a third identifier.
- Click "Continue (Submit)" and you'll be directed to complete your customer account.
- After completion, you'll receive your unique WRC ID and be able to purchase a license, apply for a hunt, or register your vessel and more.

Digital / Electronic Licenses
You will receive an email with a digital version of your license. This digital license is a valid license. to reprint your license, log into your account and select "reprint my license".
